To access each school's Up Learn data, you'll need an individual account for each site, even if you only have one email address 📧
You can do this in two ways.
Option 1: Use different school email addresses
If you already have unique email addresses, you can simply create accounts on each of these for each school.
If you’re at a Wonde school:
📩 Make sure each address is entered correctly in each school’s MIS
✅ This should automatically create separate accounts for you
🔐 You can then log in with each email to see your students’ data
If you're at a CSV school:
👥 Ask a colleague to create an account for you from their Settings page
📧 Or get in touch with us and we’ll create an account for you, linked to your school
Option 2: Use email aliases
If you don’t have multiple email addresses, you can create aliases using your main email.
Just add a plus sign (+) and the school name before the @ — either in your MIS or when creating an account from the Settings page.
For example:
📥 Emails will still go to your main inbox ([email protected])
🧩 Up Learn will treat each alias as a separate account
⚠️ Note: This only works if your school uses Google Workspace and allows + aliasing. Some IT teams disable this - check with your IT admin if you're unsure!
