Haven’t received the password reset email? Let’s fix that! 🛠️If you can’t find the password reset email, try these steps:

🔍 Search your inbox for "Up Learn" or "password reset" – You may have just missed it.

📂 Check your spam/junk folder – It might be hiding in there!

Give it a moment – Sometimes, emails take up to 5 minutes to arrive.

📧 Check all your email accounts – You might have used a different one.

🏫 School or work email? If you’re using a school email, ask IT to whitelist team@uplearn.co.uk so our emails don’t get blocked.

📒Add team@uplearn.co.uk to your contacts – Future reset emails should then land safely in your inbox.
