Our pay as you go plan! Our weekly subscription plan means you can pick up and cancel Up Learn as and when you want on a weekly basis. Make 12 consecutive payments for a course and get a free upgrade until the end of the present academic year 🙌

How do I subscribe to a weekly payment plan?

To subscribe for a weekly payment plan:

  • Log into your Up Learn account

  • Click on ‘Account’ in the top right hand corner of our website and select ‘Billing’

  • Select the ‘Weekly’ tab and choose between Up Core and Up Master

Once you’ve set up your weekly plan, you will continue to be charged once a week for a total of 12 weeks unless you click to cancel.

How do I cancel my weekly payment plan?

To cancel your weekly payment plan:

  • Click on ‘Account’ in the top righthand corner of our website and select ‘Billing’

  • Under ‘Active enrolments’, click ‘Cancel?’

Please note that if you cancel and then restart your weekly subscription plan, the 12 consecutive payments also restarts

How can I retry a failed payment?

We want to make sure that your learning is not disrupted if a payment fails so you won’t lose access to the course right away if this happens.


When a payment fails, the system will automatically reattempt the transaction 4 more times until it’s gone through successfully. At the fourth failed attempt, you’ll lose access to the course. So there’s no need to do anything if a payment doesn’t go through - please just wait and let the system reattempt it.

Do be sure to keep an eye out for when your payments are due to ensure you don’t lose access to the course.

How can I update my card details?

If you need to change your card details, please contact us and a member of our customer support team will get this arranged for you.

Why am I being charged twice?

If a payment fails, you might try to logon to your billing page and click to push it through. This can accidentally create a second subscription and you’ll start getting charged weekly for this one as well as your first.
