What should I do if I’ve been charged twice for my monthly subscription?

Advice on what to do if you’ve made duplicate payments 🙋‍♀️

If a payment fails, you might try to log onto your Billing page and click to push it through or take out a new subscription to re-gain access. This can accidentally create a second subscription, and you’ll start getting charged monthly for both this subscription and your original one 📝

If you notice your account has been charged twice, please contact us and a member of our customer support team will resolve this for you 💪

If your payment fails, our system will automatically retry it, so you can just wait for that to go through!
