The guarantee works slightly differently depending on whether you're studying GCSE Combined Science or GCSE Triple Science.

To complete a course, you must achieve and maintain an Up Score of 90% on all of your course modules and maintain it until the day of the relevant exam.

Up Score measures your knowledge and understanding of the content, your ability to recall information, and your performance in exam questions and exam papers. When you reach a 90% Up Score, we are confident that you are grade 8/9 ready 💪

💡 You are taking our Higher Tier GCSE Combined Science course

📋 You sit the AQA Combined Science: Trilogy exam

🏫 You receive a certificate from your official exam centre (this is school for most students!)

📚 You complete the course to 90% Up Score

⭐ You achieve less than two grade 8s

If you meet all of these requirements but don't achieve at least two 8 grades, we will refund you the full cost that you paid for your course 🤝

For GCSE Triple Science, we guarantee at least an 8 in each individual science.

The money-back guarantee applies if:

📋 You sit the relevant AQA GCSE exam

🏫 You receive a certificate from your official exam centre (this is school for most students!)

📚 You complete each relevant course to a 90% Up Score

⭐ You achieve less than a grade 8 in any of the subjects covered by your completed course

For example, if you complete the Biology course to 90% Up Score, we guarantee that you will achieve a grade 8/9 in Biology. The same applies to Chemistry and Physics.

If you meet the requirements of the guarantee but do not achieve the grade covered by the guarantee, we will refund you the cost covered by our money-back guarantee 🤝

Please notify us by email or via our chat channel within 14 days of receiving your results, stating your intention to claim a refund and providing evidence in one of two forms:

🎓 A photograph or copy of the grades printout provided by the Examination Body
