We are so confident in the high quality of our courses, that if you complete your course but don't achieve an A*/A, we'll give you your money back ๐Ÿคฏ

What does โ€˜completeโ€™ mean?

To complete the course, you must achieve an Up Score of 90% on each of your course modules by the day of your exam.

Up Score measures your knowledge and understanding of the content, your ability to recall information, and your performance in exam questions and exam papers. When you reach a 90% Up Score, we are confident that you are A*/A ready ๐Ÿ’ช

How does XP factor in?

XP (or experience points) record the amount of productive time you spend on the platform. This is a measure for you to be able to plan your time on Up Learn but isn't linked to your Up Score, as the time to complete can vary from student to student and isn't necessarily an indicator of how well you're mastering the course. Thatโ€™s why we use Up Score instead of XP to measure your readiness for the exam ๐Ÿคธ

How do I qualify for the money-back guarantee?

The money-back guarantee will apply if:

๐Ÿ’ก You are taking one of our A Level courses

๐Ÿ“‹ The exam board you sit for your exam is the same as your Up Learn course

๐Ÿ“š You complete the course to 90% Up Score

๐Ÿซ You sit an official exam at an exam centre (so that you would receive a certificate)

โญ You do not achieve an A*/A

How do the money-back guarantee terms vary by subject?

The money-back guarantee applies on all our A Level courses, but the criteria that you need to meet to be eligible may vary slightly on courses that have optional exam topics๐Ÿ‘Œ

Physics AQA

The Physics Paper 3 exam includes some optional topics for students to choose from. Our course covers the most popular optional topic for Paper 3 - Astrophysics ๐ŸŒŒ

The money-back guarantee covers paper 3 providing that you choose Astrophysics as your optional topic. We would look at the grades for all your papers for the money-back guarantee ๐Ÿ“ƒ

If you choose an alternative Paper 3 topic, then the guarantee will still apply to Paper 1 and Paper 2. This means that if you donโ€™t get an A*/A in Papers 1 or 2, you will be able to receive back the full amount of your purchase - we wonโ€™t look at your grade for Paper 3 ๐Ÿ‘

Psychology AQA

The Psychology Paper 3 exam has a few optional topics that students can choose to write on. Our course provides detailed content for the following optional topics:

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Issues and Debates

๐Ÿ’š Gender

๐Ÿง  Schizophrenia

๐Ÿ˜  Aggression

Our money-back guarantee covers the whole A Level if you choose our optional topics for Paper 3. We would look at the grades for all your papers for the money-back guarantee.

If you choose other options, our money-back guarantee still applies on Paper 1 and Paper 2. This means that if you donโ€™t get an A*/A in Papers 1 or 2, you will be able to receive back the full amount of your purchase - we wonโ€™t look at your grade for Paper 3 โญ

What does โ€˜money backโ€™ mean?

If you complete the course to 90% and do not get an A*/A in your exam, we will refund you the full cost that you paid for your course ๐Ÿค

How do I claim my money back?
