Follow these troubleshooting steps to get your videos and quizzes working again πŸ’»

If you are having trouble with your account, please follow the steps below for the smoothest Up Learn experience:Β 

  1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account. If you are logged on to a parent account, you will not be able to view the content

  2. Up Learn works the best on Google Chrome. Just make sure it is up to date

  3. Clear your browsing data and reset your cache and cookies

  4. Using your phone or an iPad? Avoid pressing full screen on any iOS devices as Up Learn doesn't work well on one. Better still, switch to a desktop computer or laptop for a completely flawless experience

  5. If you cannot access your account, reset your password here: https://web.uplearn.co.uk/forgot

  6. Disable your Adblock on Up Learn (we are ad-free!)

  7. Make sure your recall practices are up to date and complete

  8. Make sure you have good internet connection

  9. Some schools and organisations may have firewalls that block you using Up Learn. Make sure you have white-listed the following: .wistia.com/*, fast.wistia.net/, embedwistia-a.akamaihd.net/*, *.uplearn.co.uk/*

If you're not receiving the email to reset your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your junk/spam mail.

  2. Add [email protected] to your contacts.

  3. Search for 'Up Learn' and/or 'password reset' in your email account.

  4. Wait 5 minutes for the email to arrive as it's not always immediate.

  5. Check all your email accounts.
