How do I track student progress on their assignments?

From your Assignments page, you can see at a glance who’s completed the work you’ve set for them, and who hasn’t 👀

Here you can also track past, current and future assignments, whilst also sorting by class, assignment date and due date! If you want to track assignments for a specific class, head to the departments page.

You’ll also receive an email report once an assignment deadline has passed, neatly summarising your class’ progress on each assignment ✉️

How do I track assignment completion?

On your assignments page, students are separated into those who have completed the assignment and those who haven’t. To investigate further, click on a student’s name to see which individual activities they have or haven’t completed, so you can let them know exactly what they need to revisit ✅

Mistakes overview for quizzes show exactly what questions students haven’t got correct, allowing you to redirect them to the specific question for improvement. We’re also working on displaying their answers too, so you know exactly why they’re getting the questions wrong too.

Is there anything else you’d like to see? Click on ‘Want more information? Answer a few questions to help us’ to take our survey so we know what to focus on next 🎉

How do I track student mastery?

Their mastery is shown by the score they’ve achieved:

  • No attempt means that they’ve not started any questions yet

  • A low score suggests that they’ve got most questions wrong or haven’t completed most of the lessons - they might need support or intervention

  • A medium score suggests that they’ve got some questions right and some wrong, and should strengthen to reaffirm their learning

  • A high score suggests they’ve got nearly all questions correct

All students should be going for green on all sections. They can achieve this by:

  • Completing all the lessons ✅

  • Scoring highly on quizzes 📈

  • Strengthening to revisit content they’ve got wrong 💪

What do my students see?

Via their Assignments tab, students will be able to see both live and past assignments, with an overview of completion and their due dates. Their rings also show how well they’ve performed on their section, whilst an incomplete tag will display until all activities have been completed 🏷️
