An Up Learn Champion is your school's lead advocate for Up Learn. Taken on by a senior member of staff, this role ensures Up Learn is used successfully throughout your school community.
Who can be a champion?
Typically, a senior member of staff takes on this role because they have the visibility and influence to encourage engagement. This often includes:
π Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
π Head of Department
π Head of Sixth Form
Sometimes, a classroom teacher who is passionate about technology and looking for a new challenge can also be a Champion. This offers a great chance to gain leadership experience!
What does a champion do?
As an Up Learn Champion, you are the main contact between your school and your dedicated Up Learn School Success Manager. You'll work together to:
π Integrate and onboard: Help staff and students get started with Up Learn and weave it into your school's learning strategies

π Monitor and improve: Receive usage updates, drive engagement, and celebrate successes

π£οΈ Champion feedback: Be your school's voice, with enhanced access to the Up Learn product team
