The Class page is your one-stop-shop for a comprehensive view of your students' performance in a specific class. It allows you to track progress, identify gaps, and support students effectively ๐ก
As a guide, students should be completing 1โ2 assignments per week and keeping memory decay below 5%. Use the Class page to quickly check whether your class is meeting both of these benchmarks ๐
How do I monitor my classโs progress?
Your Departments page will give you an overview of your classesโ progress across the course. Use each Class page to drill deeper into their performance ๐
We recommend setting 1-2 assignments per week. To make sure your class is on track, check that:
๐ They mastered their assignments for each week (green rings)
๐ง Their memory decay is staying below 5%
Use the rings to track student performance
In each class, your studentsโ performance on each section will be shown by the rings - all students should go for green ๐
The rings show the percentage of questions a student has answered correctly at least once:
๐ด Red: Less than 50%
๐ก Amber: 50โ79%
๐ข Green: 80%+
๐ก Tip: A solid ring means a student has completed all activities in that section, while a dotted ring shows there are still activities left to do โฌ๏ธ Students can reach green without completing all activities if they score really well!โ
Check the snapshot bar to track class performance
The snapshot bar gives a quick overview of how your class performed on an assignment. A mostly green bar means the class is on track, while more red suggests that extra support may be needed. Hover over the bar to get a more detailed breakdown ๐ค
See common mistakes via Insights
Tap on Insights to see a summary of class mistakes in a given section. Hover over the people icon to view which students made mistakes and use the dropdown to see the exact question they struggled with ๐๏ธ
๐ก Tip: Press the export button to download your data ๐
How do I monitor an individual studentโs progress?
You can drill down into a specific studentโs results by hovering over a ring or their initials to identify the student. Then click their ring to view their detailed performance, including questions they havenโt corrected and activities theyโve not completed ๐

How do I track memory decay?
To help students keep their scores green, they should aim to keep their memory decay below 5%, alongside completing 1โ2 new sections per week.
You can quickly check decay on the Class page:
๐ A green header means the class is on track (<5%)
๐ A grey box means 5โ10% decay and a need to review soon
๐ A red box shows decay above 10% and signals urgent review
Students can maintain low decay by regularly using Refresh Knowledge. They just need to answer one question correctly per section to reset decay for that section, and revisiting content consistently keeps it close to 0 โ
