How do I subscribe to a monthly payment plan?
To subscribe for a monthly payment plan:
Log into your Up Learn account
Click on âAccountâ in the top right hand corner of our website and select âBillingâ
Select the âMonthlyâ tab and choose between Up Core and Up Master
Once youâve set up your monthly plan, you will continue to be charged once a month until you click to cancel đ
How do I cancel my monthly payment plan?
With our monthly plan you have the flexibility to cancel anytime. If you'd like to cancel your monthly payment plan:
Select the âAccountâ dropdown in the top-right of our website and select âBillingâ
Under âActive enrolmentsâ, click âCancel Subscription'
How can I retry a failed payment?
We want to make sure that your learning is not disrupted if a payment fails, so you wonât lose access to the course right away if this happens đ
When a payment fails, the system will automatically reattempt the transaction 4 more times until itâs gone through successfully. At the fourth failed attempt, youâll lose access to the course. So thereâs no need to do anything if a payment doesnât go through - please just wait and let the system reattempt it đ¤
Do be sure to keep an eye out for when your payments are due to ensure you donât lose access to the course.
How can I update my card details?
If you need to change your card details, please contact us and a member of our customer support team will get this arranged for you đ¤
Why am I being charged twice?
If a payment fails, you might try to log onto your billing page and click to push it through. This can accidentally create a second subscription and youâll start getting charged monthly for this one as well as your first.
