Our pay as you go plan! Our monthly subscription plan means you have flexibility with your subscription. Start your subscription when you like and cancel anytime 🎉

How do I subscribe to a monthly payment plan?

To subscribe for a monthly payment plan:

  • Log into your Up Learn account

  • Click on ‘Account’ in the top right hand corner of our website and select ‘Billing’

  • Select the ‘Monthly’ tab and choose between Up Core and Up Master

Once you’ve set up your monthly plan, you will continue to be charged once a month until you click to cancel 🚀

How do I cancel my monthly payment plan?

With our monthly plan you have the flexibility to cancel anytime. If you'd like to cancel your monthly payment plan:

  1. Select the ‘Account’ dropdown in the top-right of our website and select ‘Billing’

  2. Under ‘Active enrolments’, click ‘Cancel Subscription'

How can I retry a failed payment?

We want to make sure that your learning is not disrupted if a payment fails, so you won’t lose access to the course right away if this happens 🙏


When a payment fails, the system will automatically reattempt the transaction 4 more times until it’s gone through successfully. At the fourth failed attempt, you’ll lose access to the course. So there’s no need to do anything if a payment doesn’t go through - please just wait and let the system reattempt it 🤖

Do be sure to keep an eye out for when your payments are due to ensure you don’t lose access to the course.

How can I update my card details?

If you need to change your card details, please contact us and a member of our customer support team will get this arranged for you 🤗

Why am I being charged twice?

If a payment fails, you might try to log onto your billing page and click to push it through. This can accidentally create a second subscription and you’ll start getting charged monthly for this one as well as your first.
