What should I do to make sure the lesson registers as complete?
For a video lesson to be marked as complete (with a ✅ green tick), make sure:
▶️ You watch the entire video: Let the video play all the way to the end without skipping forward using the scroll bar. If you manually fast-forward past any part of the video, it won’t be ticked off.
✍️ You attempt every question in the video: If the video includes quiz questions, you need to answer them all before it gets marked as complete. Skipping the questions or leaving them unanswered means the lesson won’t be registered as finished.
💡 Tip: If you want to move through the lesson faster, you can increase the playback speed (up to 2x speed) ⏩ - as long as you watch the entire video, it will still be ticked off!
What should I do if the videos still aren’t ticking off?
If you watched the full video and it’s still not ticking off, try these steps:
🌍 Use Google Chrome – Up Learn works best on Chrome. Switching browsers may solve the issue.
🖥️ Use a desktop/laptop – Our platform is optimised for use on computers, so try switching from a tablet or mobile device.
🧹 Clear your cookies – On Chrome, click the menu next to the web address bar and select ‘Clear Browsing Data’.
